1. General Overview & Service Description
RUNEMEMES provides a peer-to-peer virtual currency intermediary service facilitating the purchase and sale of Old School RuneScape (OSRS) in-game gold. RUNEMEMES is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Jagex Ltd.
2. Payment Methods & Accepted Currencies
To ensure high security, transaction privacy, and instant global processing, RUNEMEMES exclusively accepts Cryptocurrency payments (including Bitcoin [BTC], Litecoin [LTC], Tether [USDT], and Binance Pay) along with regional verified digital processors where specified.
3. Fee Structure, Financial Independence & Jurisdiction
RUNEMEMES operates as an independent decentralized intermediary and complies with the following financial parameters:
- Zero Fee Policy: RUNEMEMES does not charge, collect, levy, or pay any platform fees, hidden commissions, or processing fees on trades, beyond the direct value agreed upon during purchase or sale.
- Banking Independence: RUNEMEMES operates fully independently of standard commercial banking institutions and traditional legal restrictions associated with traditional fiat financial networks.
- Jurisdiction & Operations: RUNEMEMES holds no physical corporate presence, physical operations, or tax nexus within the United States of America (USA).
- Movement of Funds & Legal Compliance: RUNEMEMES reserves the full right and freedom to transfer and allocate internal liquidity and funds in accordance with applicable global regulations.
- Strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance: Under no circumstances may our platform or services be used, directly or indirectly, for money laundering, illicit financial transactions, terrorism financing, or fraudulent behavior. RUNEMEMES strictly prohibits and actively monitors for illicit fund flows.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions and digital item trades, all completed transactions are final.
- Non-refundable: Once gold has been delivered in-game or cryptocurrency payment has been processed and sent, no refunds or chargebacks will be granted.
- Order Cancellation: If an order cannot be fulfilled by RUNEMEMES prior to in-game delivery, a full refund in the original payment currency will be issued.
5. Risk Disclosure & In-Game Action (Bans) Policy
Trading in-game items or currency for real-world money is contrary to the Rules of Old School RuneScape established by Jagex Ltd.
- User Assumption of Risk: You explicitly acknowledge and accept all risks associated with currency trading, including account warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or gold removal by game moderators.
- No Liability for Account Penalties: RUNEMEMES employs strict trade safety protocols; however, RUNEMEMES assumes ZERO responsibility or liability for any bans, mutes, rollbacks, or penalties imposed on your game account before, during, or after a transaction.
- Post-Trade Security: Never return gold in-game to anyone claiming to be a RUNEMEMES representative. Staff will NEVER ask you to trade back gold.
